Urban Tomato Free Office Lunch Monthly Giveaway

1. Sponsor. Urban Tomato Catering Company, 1321 NW 155th Drive, Miami Gardens, Florida 33169; (305) 205-3891; www.EZCater1.com.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older who are authorized representatives of an active office or workplace located in Miami-Dade County, Broward County or Palm Beach County, Florida. Sponsor, its workers, household members and people involved in administering the promotion are not eligible.
3. Entry periods. The first entry period begins September 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026. Each later monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final calendar day of that month. Sponsor's website clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter. Submit the entry form on this page. Limit one entry per office per monthly entry period. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or ineligible entries may be disqualified. No purchase or social-media sharing is required.
5. Prize. One winning office per monthly entry period receives an Urban Tomato Italian lunch for up to 15 people from a Sponsor-selected prize menu. Approximate retail value is $199. Delivery is limited to the eligible service area and subject to scheduling, access and reasonable delivery conditions. Prize has no cash value, is nontransferable and cannot be substituted except by Sponsor with an item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection and notification. Sponsor will randomly select one eligible entry within five business days after each monthly entry period closes. The potential winner will be contacted using the submitted phone number or email and must respond within three business days. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be reached or does not respond on time, Sponsor may select an alternate.
7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable month.
8. Publicity and privacy. Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway. Marketing messages will be sent only when the entrant separately selects the optional marketing checkbox. Except where prohibited, the winner permits Sponsor to identify the winning company for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. General conditions. Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, disaster or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects fair administration. Sponsor's decisions are final, subject to applicable law.
10. Platform disclaimer. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility relating to this promotion.
11. Florida disclosure. This promotion is intended to comply with Florida's game-promotion requirements. The combined announced prize value is below the statutory registration threshold. Review Florida Statute §849.094 — Game Promotion in Connection with Sale of Consumer Products or Services.

Void where prohibited. These rules may be updated prospectively when required by law or operational necessity; changes will not reduce an already-awarded prize.
